woah,i don't know if it's cool or just plain disgusting.
Pocketing is another type of piercing, which is depicted as ‘anti-piercing.’ The word itself explains that it is not something same as piercing. There is a difference between the two. In piercing, the center of the jewelry is under skin and the ends are exposed while in pocketing, the ends of the jewelry are under the skin, and middle is exposed.

Sixteen years ago,a girl was abducted while on her way home from a Pre-Halloween party and murdered. This was the Oil City murder. Frightened parents were seen the next day,in broad daylight,accompanying their kids for trick-or-treating. The City Council then voted for trick-or-treat to be held during the day and many followed suit.
But thanks to Elizabeth Roess,it's back. By gathering signatures, 175 to be exact and an essay to the City Council,she succeeded. She argued that many weren't home during the day to give out treats and said that decorations are best appreciated at night instead.Of course few parents were feared but precautions have been taken with with more guards/policeman on patrol and a radio station passing messages.
Oh,fyi,the killers were charged with murder and sexual assault thanks to a witness who came forward four years ago. A third man pleaded guilty to murder.
I admire this girl,awesome shit i tell you.

But, then eleven year old Shauna Howe will not be forgotten in the city.
What irks me is that the witness took twelve long years to come forward,but whatever reasons there may be to that,I shall not question.
