The future's unpredictable.
But it seems like it isn't
for the two of us.
Our future is bleak.
It's inevitable,
i could almost see it coming,
we'll move on,
live our lives
like nothing ever happened,
nothing special.
Just a boy and girl
who were in denial
that they liked the other.
I wish not to move on,
because i've fallen too deep,
and i can't get up.
Take my hand please,my dear
and we'll run away,
into the horizon,
far far away from everyone else.
Maybe you've treated Him badly,
but i'm still optimistic,
that you won't do the same to me.
Oh what the heck,
even if you don't say 'Yes'
i'll still thank you.
For all the wonderful times,
beautiful memories,
wiping my tears,
freeing my mind of
my worries.
And giving my
hope,
with each passing day.
And if i'd never met you,
i wouldn't have been
able to
pen out those
enthralling
words into
short stories.
